Great food, the host was.....maybe a good word would be spirited. First, let me say that I enjoyed the place, and would definitely go back. The place is a family owned business, and the son ( i forget his name ) was the host. He's a little overly friendly, and I can see that some would not appreciate that, but I enjoyed it. Ordered some cold sake and asked what the chef recommended. After a question or two about what I liked, i was told the "Big Daddy Roll" was the way to go. Great roll, great presentation, and a great recommendation. I also got some very fresh Yellowtail sashimi, served the way I like it with a little jalapeno. But no sushi evening is complete for me until I've had a quail egg shooter. It's not on the menu, but they happily made it for me. The place is very nice, very clean, and a good atmosphere.
