Burger King at 2610 Spring Road Southeast, Smyrna, Georgia.

Last night my boyfriend went through the drive through at this Burger King. They never handed him our debit card back. He didn’t remember either until the next morning when our bank was flagging our card because some one took our credit card numbers and tried to Venmo themselves $425.00 13 times and $115.00 twice. That being said my boyfriend called this Burger King right away and spoke to the most unprofessional manager he’s ever had the opportunity to speak with. Right away she started denying denying denying. Couldn’t be us sir, trust me I know my employees. My boyfriend had to contact the franchise headquarters just to get some one to review the cameras. After speaking with the loss prevention director it was further investigated and proven the employee in fact kept our debit cards and fraudulently took our numbers and tried to steal from us. I would reccommend highly staying away from this Burger King. Trust me when I say We’re pretty forgiving and still questioning if we should press charges. But I will try to make it known that this establishment is unprofessional and filled with thieves.
