TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! - We ordered offline, as we have done many times before. The delivery time was 38-48 minutes. The Dominos tracker was showing the progress of the pizza; however, after an hour, it was still sitting at "Joshua double-checked your order for perfection." My husband called to figure out what was going on. He asked to speak to the manager, and supposedly talked to him. The manager said it would be ANOTHER HOUR! ON TOP of the hour we just waited. He came up with every excuse in the book. "Online orders take longer for us to get them" - Um, actually.. you had already started my order immediately, according to the tracker. "The weather is bad." - It's not even bad weather outside? "We are busy with football on today." ...Then you should not have an estimated time and tracker that shows your progress. We asked to cancel the order, so we could take our business elsewhere. It's obvious that they started the pizza, checked it, and forgot to deliver. I understand people make mistakes; however, it's NOT okay for a MANAGER to make excuses and be rude to the PAYING CUSTOMER. We ordered pizza frequently from Domino's; however, I can promise you that one of the other pizza companies will be getting our service now.
