This place was Prissie's Beauty Supply. They don't have a big selection since buying out Prissie's. Staff is nice though

I visited the Smyrna location before making my decision to purchase. The staff was very helpful & professional. It was my very first time at the store. The store is decorated very nice . I have a vendor that I normally purchase from,but I decided to give them a try. I purchased 3 bundles ,with a closure, of the Russian Blonde on July 7,2017. They only had 2 bundles of 18' (so i was given a discount of 1, 20' at 18' price. totaling $270.00). My stylist commented that (1)bundle texture was different. The next day my hair felt coarse and looked really bad. I called the store explained, to sales Rep Tanisha, she contacted the owner Chuck. I then when to the location in Smyrna so she could see my hair, he questioned, her how did the hair look. Tanisha replied it looked coarse and he stated (just get it washed and styled I would see the difference,he commented( I don't understand why you women don't wash the hair & style it). or he would sale me the last bundle hanging in the store(how long had it been on display & dusty) for 25.00, but take the hair out my hair first & bring it back. Chuck was very rude, which I was very surprised at the attitude I got from him. I had my stylist wash& style. It still was a terrible mess. I wore it 2 weeks had it cut in a bob. just to try to get my monies worth out of it. My experience was the first and last with them

Visiting GA from DMV ran upon this shop. Man oh man can I say Chuck D and Wesley are the best sales guys I've seen in a long time. They knew their product and made you want to buy hair from them. The only reason for 3 stars is because I haven't installed it yet. As soon as I install I will be writing another review. Thanks guys
