6 week challenge complete!! I weighed in and I met my goal! 6.1% body fat loss and about 12 pounds down!! This was an amazing way to jump start my new way of thinking, eating, and exercising!!
This was not an easy process! They give you the tools but YOU need to do the work. The meal plan and the workouts WILL WORK if you stick with it. I went to Ecuador for 5 days during the 6 week challenge. It was difficult to order specialty food in an unfamiliar country and the temptation was REAL to eat the local cuisine. I did my best and made smart choices and it paid off!!
