Smoothie King at 2930 South Cobb Drive, Smyrna, Georgia.

The service received at this location was the absolute worst that I have encountered compared to any other Smoothie King. As I was waiting in the drive thru for nearly 40 minutes, I noticed a delivery of food or something in a package was delivered to an employee. There was, in my opinion, a lengthy exchange in conversation between the two as many other cars were waiting in drive thru. I placed a call while in my vehicle to find out if there was some sort of problem contributing to the long wait as I was only about the fourth car in line. I was told that there was only 2 people working and basically that's all that they could say. Finally just as I was next in line for my order to be placed, I was told that the store was closed. I began to explain that I was the one who had placed the call. Other passengers that were in their vehicles began to complain and shout profanities as I drove away. I have been to this location on a separate occasion and noticed loud music with uncensored lyrics blasting. Of a total of 2 times visiting this location, I've concluded that it is 2 --TOO MANY -. Where is management? Where is a number that we can call to report these type of incidents-I haven't seen any thing posted on the building
